We purchased a LaraBell model home in June of 2019, and we couldn’t be happier with the home! We fell in love with it from first look, from the high ceilings and beautiful flooring on the first floor, the granite countertops and gorgeous fireplace, and the master bedroom was perfect for us. Jon and Shawn were great! They told us from the start that although we did not build this home with them, they would treat us as if we were the builders, and they have stood by that statement. Any questions we had about the house throughout the buying process or moving in, they were right there to answer. “We recently bought an amazing Larabell home. Working with Jon and Shawn has been very easy. They are extremely accommodating! We signed a contract with them for one of their model homes in February of 2020. We had a house to sell before we could close on the new house. Then the pandemic hit. They were so patient while we tried to sell our house in the middle of a pandemic. Not once did we feel like we were at risk of them just moving on to someone that didn’t have a house to sell. They worked with us through the whole process and never pressured us.
In the end we were able to sell our house and move in the middle of the pandemic. This home is exactly what we were looking for. With high ceiling, tile shower, granite countertops and beautiful doors, you can really see the attention to detail. Jon and Shawn really care about the homes they build. Jon has been especially great with any issues we have had. He is quick to respond and always makes sure that we are happy with the outcome. We highly recommend them.
